以广西拜耳法赤泥为主要原料,添加木粉、石灰石,经粉碎、过筛、混料、造粒、烘干、焙烧等工艺制备烧胀陶粒。研究了陶粒对Pb2+吸附作用及影响吸附的因素。结果表明,陶粒于1 210℃焙烧10min,膨胀率为122.2%,堆积密度为618kg/m3。取该陶粒4g加入25mL浓度为50μg/mL含铅废液进行吸附实验,陶粒对溶液中Pb2+的吸附率为97.8%,溶液中剩余Pb2+浓度为1μg/mL,达到国家污水排放标准。
Guangxi Bayer process red mud as the main raw material, add wood flour, limestone, crushed, sieved, mixed material, granulation, drying, roasting and other processes to prepare expansive ceramsite. The adsorption of Pb2 + by ceramsite and the factors affecting the adsorption were studied. The results show that the ceramic particles calcined at 1 210 ℃ for 10min, the expansion rate is 122.2% and the bulk density is 618kg / m3. Take 4g of this ceramsite, add 25mL of leachate containing 50μg / mL for adsorption experiments. The adsorption rate of Pb2 + to the solution is 97.8%. The concentration of Pb2 + remaining in the solution is 1μg / mL, which meets the national wastewater discharge standard.
