利用多相平衡计算软件Pandat及镁合金热力学数据库绘制出了Mg-Gd系合金、Mg-Y系合金的计算平衡相图。利用铆钉法制备了Mg-Gd扩散偶、Mg-Y扩散偶,并基于局部平衡原理,将其在400℃进行平衡热处理,处理过后利用扫描电镜自带的能谱仪对其进行EDS分析。结果表明:Mg-Y、Mg-Gd扩散层中有明显的原子扩散浓度梯度,进而确定了扩散层中不同的相组成;Mg-Gd扩散层中共有5个两相区和2个单相区,Mg-Y扩散层共有4个两相区和2个单相区。
The equilibrium phase diagram of Mg-Gd alloy and Mg-Y alloy was drawn by using Pandat and magnesium alloy thermodynamic database. The Mg-Gd diffusion couple and Mg-Y diffusion couple were prepared by the rivet method. The heat treatment was performed at 400 ℃ for equilibrium heat treatment based on the principle of local equilibrium. EDS analysis was carried out by using a scanning electron microscope with an energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that Mg-Y and Mg-Gd diffuse layers have obvious concentration gradient of atomic diffusion, and then determine the different phase composition in diffusion layer. There are 5 two-phase regions and two single-phase regions in Mg-Gd diffusion layer The Mg-Y diffusion layer has a total of four two-phase regions and two single-phase regions.
