用周围组织结构完整的大鼠垂体的连续切片,结合免疫组织化学方法,分析大鼠垂体前叶内SP-免疫阳性神经纤维与其周围组织结构中的SP-免疫阳性神经纤维的关系。结果显示:垂体前叶的周围脑膜中有着大量的SP-免疫阳性神经纤维和纤维束,并发出分支,进入垂体前叶内部。同时在垂体两侧的动、静脉壁上亦有着大量的SP-免疫阳性神经纤维及纤维束,与走行在前叶表面的SP-免疫阳性神经纤维束相连。此外,在垂体柄腹侧的门静脉壁上有大量的SP-免疫阳性神经纤维束与垂体前、后叶吻侧血管旁的SP-免疫阳性神经纤维或纤维束相连。
The relationship between SP-immunoreactive nerve fibers in the anterior pituitary and SP-immunoreactive nerve fibers in the surrounding tissue was analyzed by serial sections of the pituitary gland of rats with intact tissue structure and immunohistochemistry. The results showed that there were a large number of SP-immunoreactive nerve fibers and fiber bundles in the anterior pituitary and branches of the anterior pituitary into the anterior pituitary. At the same time in the pituitary on both sides of the arterial and venous wall also has a large number of SP-immunoreactive nerve fibers and fiber bundles, walking in the anterior leaf surface of the SP-immunoreactive nerve fiber bundle connected. In addition, a large number of SP-immunoreactive nerve fiber bundles on the ventral wall of the pituitary gland are connected to SP-immunopositive nerve fibers or fiber bundles near the anterior and posterior pterygia of the pituitary gland.
