多效唑(MET)是一种高效低毒的植物生长延缓剂和广谱性的杀菌剂,主要生理效应是抑制茎伸长,促进茎加粗。在水稻、小麦上,能控苗促蘖,壮秧壮株,防止倒状,在棉花,辣椒上,能起矮化壮苗作用。关于MET对玉米影响方面的报道所见不多,本文就MET对玉米种子萌发,幼苗生长及光合特性的影响进行了研究。 Paclobutrazol (MET) is a highly effective and low toxicity plant growth retarding agent and broad spectrum fungicide. Its main physiological effect is to inhibit stem elongation and promote stem thickening. In rice, wheat, to control seedling tillering, Zhuang Zhuang Zhuang Zhu, to prevent inverted, in cotton, pepper, can play the role of dwarf strong seedlings. There are few reports on the impact of MET on maize. In this paper, the effects of MET on the seed germination, seedling growth and photosynthetic characteristics of maize were studied.
