小学教师心理应激研究

教师心理应激是一个重要论题。本研究以伯格(Borg)等人的5因素理论为基础.结合我国实际提出构成小学教师心理应激源的6个维量,即工作负荷、学生不良行为、职业认同、时间和资源匮乏、不良人际关系和教师评估。以此为切入点.编制小学教师心理应激问卷,并施测于341名小学教师,得出心理应激依次为职业认同、学生不良行为、工作负荷、时间和资源匮乏及教师评估。 Teachers psychological stress is an important topic. This study is based on the 5-factor theory of Borg et al. According to the actual situation in our country, six dimensions of psychological stressors that constitute primary school teachers are proposed, that is, workload, students ’bad behavior, professional identity, lack of time and resources, poor interpersonal relationships and teachers’ assessment. Use this as an entry point. The PSQQ questionnaire was prepared and tested on 341 primary school teachers. Psychological stress was found to be career identity, student bad behavior, workload, lack of time and resources and teachers’ assessment.
