本文在正交设计试验方法优选的基础上,采用效应估计和参数估计予测出不同工艺参数下型壳各种最优性能值及其发展趋势.得出了控制水玻璃型壳质量的各种有效措施:选用合适的水玻璃模数是提高水玻璃型壳精度和表面质量的重要措施;无论提高型壳的常温强度、高温强度或降低残留强度都应首先从改变水玻璃比重入手;选择合适的粉液比是提高型壳表面质量,改善充型能力,减少铸件气孔有效措施;选用较高模数水玻璃,适当降低水玻璃比重,合理增大粉液比,可获得常温、高温强度足够,残留强度较低,表面光洁度较好的型壳.
