为筛选防治小麦全蚀病的安全、高效药剂,测定8种杀菌剂对全蚀病菌的毒力,并通过盆栽试验研究其防效及对小麦的安全性。结果表明,咪鲜胺和丙环唑对菌株菌丝生长的抑制作用较强,EC50分别为0.11μg·m L-1和0.13μg·m L-1;多菌灵和丙环唑在标准浓度下对小麦全蚀病有较好的防治作用,防效分别为71.13%和64.74%;参试药剂对小麦出苗、苗高和根系发育均有一定的影响。综合考虑防治效果和对小麦安全性,防治小麦全蚀病可以将多菌灵和丙环唑等三唑类药剂复配使用。
In order to screen the safe and efficient medicament for the prevention and cure of wheat eclipse, the virulence of 8 bactericides to the total eclipse fungus was tested. The pot experiment was conducted to study its control effect and the safety to wheat. The results showed that prochloraz and propiconazole had a strong inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of the strain with EC50 of 0.11μg · m L-1 and 0.13μg · m L-1, respectively. The pesticides had some effects on the emergence, seedling height and root development of wheat.
