卷扬机中支承卷筒的称为主轴,其实际载荷决定于提升容器的运行阻力、加速度等多种因素,难于准确地进行计算。因而对其载荷进行现场测定,对于设计、研究和挖潜使用都是十分必要的。作者在XKT2×2×1B型卷扬机主轴的测试中发现主轴的弯矩示波图不对称于零线(见图9a)。对此示波图,尚未见到有关文献资料加以理论上的解释。作者认为:该示波图是由于卷扬机工作前初始弯矩的影响造成的,并且由此而产生了一种特殊的示波图判读方法。现将分析介绍如下。
Winding machine in the support reel called the spindle, the actual load depends on the lifting of the container running resistance, acceleration and other factors, it is difficult to accurately calculate. Therefore, on-site determination of its load, for the design, research and potential use is very necessary. The author found on the XKT2 × 2 × 1B-type hoist spindle test spindle bending moment oscillogram asymmetric to the zero line (see Figure 9a). This oscillogram, have not yet seen the literature to be a theoretical explanation. The author thinks: The oscillogram is caused by the influence of the initial bending moment before the hoist work, and thus a special oscillometric interpretation method is produced.
