利用双乳化和溶剂蒸发技术制备过氧化氢酶固体脂质纳米粒(CAT-SLN),使用Poloxmer188作为外相乳化剂可显著提高缓释效果,当脂质载体PC:TG为5时CAT累计释放率最低。CAT主要存在于SLN脂质核心。包埋对CAT的结构没有显著影响。CAT-SLN具有显著的抗蛋白酶酶解作用。
Catalase solid lipid nanoparticles (CAT-SLN) were prepared by double emulsification and solvent evaporation. The use of Poloxmer188 as external phase emulsifier can significantly improve the sustained-release effect. When the lipid carrier PC: TG is 5, the cumulative release rate of CAT lowest. CAT is mainly present in the SLN lipid core. The embedding did not have a significant effect on the structure of CAT. CAT-SLN has significant anti-protease digestion.
