纤维结合素(*N)是主要由结缔组织细胞产生的高分子糖蛋白。它存在于细胞表面、结缔组织内和血浆中,具有多种生物活性。由于FN水平在不同疾病中的变动,引起了临床的重视。作者取特异性抗体用免疫浊度测定法,对血浆及关节液中的FN进行了测定。对象及方法抽取确诊的15例类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者、13例全身性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者及30例健康成人的用EDTA处理过的血浆。向15例RA及15例变形性膝关节症(OA)患者的加入过EDTA的关节液中,按每毫升关节液加入25单位的浓 Fibronectin (* N) is a high-molecular glycoprotein mainly produced by connective tissue cells.
