对 1 992~ 1 998年市售酱卤肉类、凉皮类、糕点类食品的微生物污染进行了检测。结果表明。糕点类合格率最高 ,凉皮类食品污染比较严重 ,市售食品的卫生状况近年来逐渐得到改善
