采用钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ-101对氧化锑粉体进行表面改性。研究了NDZ-101用量、反应温度、反应时间对Sb2O3表面改性效果的影响。用FTIR、SEM等对改性Sb2O3进行表征。结果表明:最佳改性条件为NDZ-101用量3%,温度70℃,反应时间40 min。NDZ-101以化学接枝的方式包覆于氧化锑表面。其改性的Sb2O3粉体能均匀分散在聚丙烯(PP)中,有效降低了对PP基材力学性能的影响。
Surface modification of antimony oxide powder with titanate coupling agent NDZ-101. The effects of dosage of NDZ-101, reaction temperature and reaction time on the surface modification of Sb2O3 were studied. The modified Sb2O3 was characterized by FTIR and SEM. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: NDZ-101 dosage 3%, temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 40 min. NDZ-101 chemically grafted onto the surface of antimony oxide. The modified Sb2O3 powder can be uniformly dispersed in the polypropylene (PP), effectively reducing the mechanical properties of the PP substrate.
