制造单元和物流路径的集成布局设计 李志华 钟毅芳 周济 (华中科技大学CAD中心 武汉430074) 研究了制造系统中的集成布局问题,构建了一个集单元布局和物流路径布局为一体的集成布局模型,提出了一种混合增强型分枝定界法和模拟退火算法的集成求解方法。用该集成布局方法重新布局了一个中型液压元件生产厂的齿轮油泵加工装配车间。结果表明,所提出的集成布局方法能同时得到满意的单元布局和合理的物流路径布局。关键词:设施布局 集成布局设计 物流网络 制造系统中图分类号:TP391国家自然科学基金(No.5990470)和国家教育部博士点基金(No.20010487024)资助项目
Integrated Layout Design of Manufacturing Cell and Logistics Path Li Zhihua, Zhong Yifang, Zhou Ji (CAD Center, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan 430074) The integrated layout problem in manufacturing system was studied. An integrated layout model integrating unit layout and logistics route layout was constructed. A Hybrid Enhanced Branch and Bound Algorithm and Simulated Annealing Algorithm. With the integrated layout method to re-layout of a medium-sized hydraulic components manufacturing plant gear pump assembly shop. The results show that the proposed integrated layout method can simultaneously obtain a satisfactory layout of units and a reasonable layout of logistics routes.
