针对生产实践的需求分析,研制了多参数电阻点、缝焊控制系统。介绍了以触摸式薄膜按键、八段显示器和发光二极管指示灯构成的综合式操作显示面板优化布局设计,及其相对于传统设计的优势。提出了各种组合式电阻焊循环方式,分别讨论了各方式的功能及适用性。该系统已实现于 KDF- 4型点缝焊控制箱,其各项功能均在生产实践中得到了验证。
According to the demand analysis of production practice, a multi-parameter resistance point and seam welding control system was developed. This paper introduces the optimized layout design of the integrated operation display panel which is composed of touch-type thin-film keys, eight-segment display and light-emitting diode indicator, and its advantage over the traditional design. Proposed a variety of combined resistance welding cycle, respectively, discussed the function of each mode and applicability. The system has been implemented in the KDF-4 point seam welding control box, and its various functions have been verified in the production practice.
