With the end of the transition period of Chinas accession to WTO and the continuous enhancement of its economic strength,the domestic cultural industry has developed vigorously and participated in the fierce competition in the intational cultural market.On this basis,China has put forward the strategy of Chinese culture going out,aiming to actively promote Chinas cultural trade with foreign countries,maintain and continue Chinas cultural characteristics.Since the beginning of new century,the overseas communication of Chinese culture has made some progress.However,due to the ideological differences between China and the West countries,as well as the imbalance of academic exchanges,the strategic pace of Chinese culture going out is still hindered.Therefore,this paper intends to explore the feasible ways of spreading Chinese culture outward from the aspects of national strategic needs,talent cultivation,academic discourse power and material culture,and to implement the combination ofsoft and hard power,in the hope that it can help to enhance the intational influence of Chinese culture.
