骨桥蛋白(osteopontion,OPN)是一种有多种功能的分泌型磷酸化糖蛋白。1979年,Senger最早在骨组织发现并提取,是骨组织细胞外基质的主要成分之一,参与骨的矿化与吸收。OPN广泛分布于人体组织和细胞。近年来,大量研究显示, OPN作为一种恶性转化的分泌性细胞因子,参与了多种肿瘤的发生、发展、转移及预后。本文简要介绍了OPN与乳腺癌的关系。
Osteopontion (OPN) is a secreted phosphorylated glycoprotein with multiple functions. In 1979, Senger was first found and extracted in bone tissue, which is one of the main components of the extracellular matrix of bone tissue, and participates in the mineralization and absorption of bone. OPN is widely distributed in human tissues and cells. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that OPN as a malignant transformed secreted cytokines, involved in a variety of tumor occurrence, development, metastasis and prognosis. This article briefly describes the relationship between OPN and breast cancer.
