目的了解我国城市社区全科医生培训现况及需求,为下一步制定相关政策提供参考依据。方法 2011年9—12月,对辽宁、福建和宁夏3个省的16名全科医学培训相关管理人员实施个人深入访谈,访谈在各地培训基地会议室实施,持续约半小时左右。采用电脑录入及录音记录信息,使用内容分析法分析访谈材料。结果①组织管理、基地建设、硬件及经费配备均按照要求设置及实施。②3地均实施了岗位培训,部分地区开展了规范化培训,并定期进行督导。各地均实施了师资培训。③地方财政投入不足、人员学历低、工学矛盾是培训存在的主要问题。④对于以上问题,受访者提出了解决建议,如培训资金及时投入、合理安排培训时间及通过网络学习解决工学矛盾。结论加大地方财政投入力度、多手段解决工学矛盾、加强师资培训是未来进一步提高全科医学培训质量所需解决的关键问题。
Objective To understand the status quo and needs of general practitioners training in urban communities in our country and provide a reference for the formulation of relevant policies in the next step. Methods From September to December 2011, in-depth personal interviews were conducted with 16 general practitioners in Liaoning, Fujian and Ningxia provinces. The interviews were conducted in training rooms in different regions for about half an hour. Using computer input and audio recording information, using content analysis method to analyze the interview materials. Results ①The organization and management, base construction, hardware and funding were all set and implemented as required. ② 3 have implemented job training, standardized training in some areas, and regular supervision. Teachers’ training has been implemented in various places. ③ inadequate investment in local finance, personnel education is low, the contradiction between work and study training is the main problem. ④ For the above problems, the respondents put forward suggestions on how to solve the problems, such as timely investment of training funds, reasonable training time and solving the engineering contradiction through online learning. Conclusions Increasing local financial input, resolving engineering conflicts by more means and strengthening teacher training are the key issues to be solved in the future to further improve the quality of general medical training.
