目的研究酸性硫酸钙消毒相关性能,为消毒应用提供科学依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化性能测试方法,对酸性硫酸钙杀菌效果和使用安全性进行评价,同时与含氯消毒剂作平行比较。结果用酸性硫酸钙700倍稀释液和有效氯350 mg/L的含氯消毒剂均作用20 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值分别为5.55和6.21。用酸性硫酸钙700倍溶液浸泡72 h,对不锈钢无腐蚀,对碳钢、铜和铝有不同程度的腐蚀性。酸性硫酸钙原液密封包装于37℃储存90 d,其杀菌效果不下降。结论该酸性硫酸钙700倍稀释液杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的效果与350 mg/L有效氯相当,性能稳定,但存在金属腐蚀性。
Aim To study the performance of acidic calcium sulfate disinfection and provide a scientific basis for disinfection application. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and physical and chemical properties test method were used to evaluate the bactericidal effect and safety of acid calcium sulfate, and compared with chlorine disinfectant in parallel.
