目的:探讨环氧化酶2(COX-2)mRNA在前列腺癌(PCa)组织中的表达及其意义。方法:采用RT-PCR方法检测32例PCa组织中COX-2 mRNA的表达并测定COX-2/GAPDH的比值,7例正常前列腺组织作为对照。结果:7例正常前列腺组织无COX-2 mRNA表达。COX-2/GAPDH与PCa G leason评分、分期呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论:COX-2在PCa的发生发展中起重要的正性调节因子的作用。COX-2与PCa的恶性程度和进展有关,可作为判断PCa预后的指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) mRNA in prostate cancer (PCa) tissues and its significance. Methods: The expression of COX-2 mRNA in 32 cases of PCa was detected by RT-PCR and the ratio of COX-2 / GAPDH was measured. Seven cases of normal prostate tissue were used as control. Results: No expression of COX-2 mRNA was detected in 7 cases of normal prostate tissue. COX-2 / GAPDH was positively correlated with PCa G leason score and stage (all P <0.05). Conclusion: COX-2 plays an important role of positive regulator in the development of PCa. COX-2 is associated with the malignancy and progression of PCa and may be used as an index to judge the prognosis of PCa.
