Objective: To investigate the failure rate and related risk factors of blood ALT in blood donors in Zhuzhou from 2012 to 2015, and to provide reference data for adjusting blood donation strategies and blood transfusion safety in the region. Methods: The ALT test results of blood samples from blood donors in Zhuzhou from 2012 to 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis and χ2 test were used to test the plasma test results of 1580 ALT-positive patients from 2012 to 2015 Learn to deal with. Results: The total unqualified rate of ALT in blood donations in Zhuzhou area from 2012 to 2015 was 1.21%, which showed a downward trend year by year with significant difference. Multivariate logistic regression analysis of risk factors and χ2 test showed that, ALT and gender, age, occupation, education level, the region and other factors related to the age group of 40 to 49 years and 50 years of age group was significantly higher positive rate In other age groups, the positive rate of males was higher than that of females, and decreased with the improvement of educational level of blood donors. The positive rate of ALT in military and students was significantly lower than that in other occupations. In Zhuzhou City, Youxian County, Chaling County, Liling County, Yanling County, Zhuzhou County and other regions of seven regions, Chaling area and Youxian positive rate was significantly higher than several other areas. Overall, we found that the prevalence of ALT in the blood of blood donors in Zhuzhou from 2012 to 2015 showed a decreasing trend year by year. Conclusion: There is still a range of prevalence of ALT in the blood donors in Zhuzhou area, which may be related to the sex, age and education level of blood donors and the level of medical and health care in the area.
