烟碱(尼可丁)是一种水溶性生物碱,烟草中主要有害成分,在农业上又作为杀虫剂等为人们利用。有关其分析方法多有报道。本文提出在碱性条件下用水蒸气蒸馏法从烟草中蒸出烟碱,用过量硫酸铜溶液将它定量沉淀。用浓酸溶解沉淀后在1MNaAc-HAc溶液(pH4.7)中用铜电极直接电位法测定铜含量,再算出相应的烟碱含量。本方法选择性好,设备简单,操作方便。测定结果与极谱法相符。
Nicotine (nicotine) is a water-soluble alkaloid, a major toxic component of tobacco, used as a pesticide in agriculture. There are many reports about its analytical methods. This paper proposes to steam-distill nicotine from tobacco under alkaline conditions and quantitatively precipitate it with excess copper sulfate solution. The precipitate was precipitated with concentrated acid in 1MNaAc-HAc solution (pH 4.7) with copper electrode direct potential method for the determination of copper content, and then calculate the corresponding nicotine content. The method has good selectivity, simple equipment and convenient operation. The results are in agreement with the polarographic method.
