心功能不全是慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者的首位死因,已知体内多种物质参与慢性肾功能衰竭时心血管系统病变的病理生理过程,但精氨酸加压素(Arginine Vasopressin,AVP)是否与CRF时心血管系统的病变有关,报道尚少。通过观察62例CRF血液透析患者血浆AVP含量的动态变化,尤其是16例血液透析患者并发左心衰竭时血浆AVP含量与心血管功能之间的关系,发现AVP参与CRF时心血管功能的调节,并对心血管内环境的稳定起重要作用。报道如下。
