坚持德育为先,对于小学语文教学来说尤其必要。策略上,要善于挖掘教材,发现故事美、人物美、语言美、景物美;要巧于创设情境,灵活使用关键词句、多种教学手段、教师的“言传身教”;要抓住契机激励评价,夸奖孩子的闪光点,激励孩子克服困难,肯定孩子大胆求异;要乐于营造和谐课堂,引导形成平等、合作、阅读的氛围。
Adhere to moral education first, especially for primary language teaching.
