4 种柑橘胚性愈伤组织细胞经30 ~55 ℃不同高温处理,其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 活性均有不同程度的提高,SOD 活性上升幅度的大小与品种的耐热性一致;过氧化氢酶活性在亚高温(40 ℃) 以上随处理温度的上升而急剧上升;而MDA 含量的变化几乎与此同步;高温伤害的另一特征是组织细胞蛋白质含量的下降。
The four kinds of citrus embryogenic callus cells treated with different temperatures from 30 ℃ to 55 ℃ had higher superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and the increase of SOD activity was consistent with the heat tolerance of the cultivars The activity of catalase increased sharply with the increase of the treatment temperature above the sub-high temperature (40 ℃), while the change of the MDA content almost coincided with it.
