1992年以来,我院认真贯彻中央指示精神,坚持改革开放,深化医院改革,使医院在短短几年间有了较显著的发展。业务收入由1992年的3 200多万元,增加到1994年的10 500万元,医院固定资产也由1992年的5 600多万元,增加到1994年的11 500多万元。作为医院保障系统的后勤部门也与医院的改革同步,并在许多方面为医院的改革作了有益的尝试和探索。后勤工作出现了新的局面。 一、抓住机遇 以创“三甲”为契机 奠定后勤工作发展基础 中共中央1992年5号文件《关于加快发展第三产业的决定》明确了卫生部门是第三产业。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,意味着卫生部门将走向市场。但由于我国的国情,近
