目的:建立晕可平颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对晕可平颗粒中的夏枯草和车前草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定咖啡酸和迷迭香酸的含量。结果:薄层色谱法能对夏枯草和车前草进行定性鉴别,斑点清晰,重复性好。咖啡酸测定的线性范围为0.007 12~0.142 4μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为97.78%(n=6);迷迭香酸测定的线性范围为0.063 9~1.278μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.92%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可用于晕可平颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Halopyon granules. Methods: The contents of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid were determined qualitatively by TLC. The contents of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Thin layer chromatography (GC / MS) could qualitatively identify Prunella vulgaris and Plantago asiatica, with clear spots and good repeatability. The linear range of the determination of caffeic acid was 0.007 12 ~ 0.142 4μg (r = 0.999 8) and the average recovery was 97.78% (n = 6). The linear range of rosmarinic acid was 0.063 9 ~ 1.278μg (r = 0.9999) , The average recovery was 97.92% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Yunkeping granule.
