为对常用中药进行系统研究,我们采用气液色谱(GLC)分析法,测定中药知母(Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.)根茎中萨尔萨皂甙元(Sarsasapogenin)的含量。结果表明,其含量随植物不同的生长期而变化,4~5月份开花前期最高,为3.17%~2.73%,而3月份刚萌芽时含量最低,为1.09%。对不同产地的知母药材中萨尔萨皂甙元含量测定时,西陵知母(XiLin Zhimu)含量较高,达3.10%。且皂甙元在根茎中积蓄量与根茎的生长时间有关,以生长了两年的根茎中含量最高,可达4.10%。
In order to systematically study the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines, we used gas liquid chromatography (GLC) analysis to determine the content of Salsasapogenin in the rhizome of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. The results showed that the content varied with the different growth periods of the plants. From April to May, the highest pre-flowering period was 3.17% to 2.73%, while that in the initial germination was the lowest at 1.09%. The content of Salsa saponin in Zhimu medicinal herbs from different producing areas was higher than that of Xilin Zhimu (3.10%). In addition, the accumulation amount of saponin in the rhizomes was related to the growth time of rhizomes, and the content of rhizomes grown in two years was the highest (up to 4.10%).
