目的了解乐亭县建筑工地食堂的卫生现状,为监管部门制定行之有效的监管方案提供依据。方法依据《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》和《餐饮服务许可审查规范》的要求进行现场监督检查。结果调查的22家建筑工地食堂存在较多问题,建筑设计布局及卫生设施不符合卫生要求,食堂内防蝇、防尘设施不全;进货台账记录不全或没有,卫生管理制度不健全、不落实。结论建筑工地食堂的卫生状况令人堪忧,应加大建筑工地食堂卫生监督管理力度。
Objective To understand the health status of the canteen in the construction site of Laoting County and provide the basis for the supervisory department to formulate an effective regulatory plan. Methods The on-site supervision and inspection was conducted according to the requirements of Code of Practice for Food Safety of Catering Services and Census of Foodservice License. Results There were many problems in the canteens of the 22 construction sites surveyed. The architectural design, layout and sanitation facilities did not meet the hygiene requirements. The flies and dustproof facilities in the canteen were not complete. The records of purchase ledger were incomplete or not, and the health management system was not perfect. . Conclusion The health condition of the canteen in construction site is worrying. Health supervision and management of the canteen in the construction site should be strengthened.
