一个连续阅读中国教育期刊长达20年的外国人说:绝大多数中国教育研究采取的都是一种“由上到下”的理论视野,而且常常是在研究者与管理者之间的内部交流中进行,不外是告诉你应该怎么样,而不是描述真实状况。今天,我作为一个有着20年教龄、走上校长工作岗位9年的教育工作者,我想从“自下而上”的视角,从自己的感受与体验出发,谈自己对学校人文管理的几点思考。
