目的　探讨介入治疗中股动脉穿刺的并发症及处理方法。方法　介绍 4 135例股动脉穿刺发生的 5 1例并发症及处理方法 ,其中渗血 2 2例、血肿 15例、高迷走神经反射 7例、腹膜后血肿 3例、股动脉股静脉瘘 2例、股动脉假性动脉瘤 2例。结果　除 1例腹膜后血肿病人死亡外 ,其余均取得较好治疗效果。结论　各种并发症均有一定的原因 ,只要穿刺前积极预防一般可以避免 ,如果已发生并发症给予适当的及时的处理可以避免严重后果 Objective To investigate the complications and treatment of femoral artery puncture during interventional therapy. Methods A total of 51 135 patients with femoral artery puncture were enrolled in this study. There were 22 cases of bleeding, 15 cases of hematoma, 7 cases of vagal reflex, 3 cases of retroperitoneal hematoma, 2 cases of femoral artery femoral vein fistula, Femoral artery pseudoaneurysm in 2 cases. Results In addition to a case of retroperitoneal hematoma patients died, the rest have achieved better therapeutic effect. Conclusions Various complications have their own causes. As long as the positive prevention before puncture can be avoided, the serious consequences can be avoided if proper complications have been given timely treatment
