综述了潮湿细粒煤炭干法深度筛分理论、筛分设备的研究及应用现状 ,得出了研究离心振动筛筛分机理的实际意义和重要性。通过对单颗粒运动规律的分析计算 ,确定了离心振动筛重要设计参数的取值范围和最佳值 ,并通过试验进行了验证和优化。阐述了离心振动筛的堵孔机理 ,通过理论分析和试验验证 ,找到了保证连续筛分的筛分机运动参数的最小值。提出了设计大型离心振动筛所应遵循的一般准则 ,并给出了重要设计参数的放大值表。研究了原煤性质对离心筛分过程的影响 ,得出了离心筛分对物料粒度组成和水分含量均不敏感的结论。
The paper summarizes the dry screening theory of wet fine coal, the research and application status of the screening equipment, and draws the actual significance and importance of studying the screening mechanism of the centrifugal shale shaker. Through the analysis and calculation of the motion law of the single particle, the range and the optimum value of the important design parameters of the centrifugal shale shaker are determined and verified and optimized through the experiment. The plugging mechanism of centrifugal shale shaker is expounded. Through the theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the minimum value of the movement parameters of continuous shale shaker is found. The general guidelines to be followed in the design of a large centrifugal shale shaker are presented and the magnification tables of the important design parameters are given. The effect of the nature of raw coal on the centrifugal sieving process was studied. The conclusion that the centrifugal sieve was not sensitive to the particle size distribution and moisture content was obtained.
