几年来,我局面对疏浚市场的激烈竞争,努力转换经营机制,抓管理、练内功,确保了经济效益的不断提高。自1989年总产值首次突破亿元大关以来,一年一个台阶,1994年完成总产值8亿元,实现利润1.5亿元(含加速折旧费用),成为国家百强施工企业和全国优秀施工企业,初步走上了自我积累、自我发展的良性循环的路子。我们的主要做法是:
