本文对北京郊区大白菜传统贮藏窖和新型强制通风贮藏窖内的乙烯、二氧化碳含量进行了测定分析,结果表明:强制通风贮藏窖内乙烯含量无论是在通风前,还是在通风后均较传统贮藏窖放风前和放风后低;强制通风贮藏窖内二氧化碳含量在每天通风前较传统贮藏窖放风前高,而在通风后较传统贮藏窖低。传统贮藏窖的放风和强制通风贮藏窖的通风均有降低窖内乙烯含量的作用,强制通风窖的作用更明显。
In this paper, the contents of ethylene and carbon dioxide in Chinese traditional storage cellar and new forced ventilation storage cellar in suburbs of Beijing were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the content of ethylene in forced ventilation cellars was lower than that before ventilation and after ventilation Pre-pits before and after the release of the wind blew; forced ventilation storage cellars in the daily ventilation before the traditional storage cellar before the high wind, and after ventilation than the traditional storage cellar low. Ventilation of conventional storage pits and forced ventilation storage pits have the effect of reducing the ethylene content in the pits, and the role of forced ventilation pits is more obvious.
