这个报告准备说五个问题:第一、恢复与整顿的情况;第二、小学教育的方针问题;第三、领导问题;第四、少数民族教育问题;第五、经费问题。一、恢复与整顿的情况一年以来我们全省小学教育工作,根据「共同纲领」及「国民教育改革指示」积极进行恢复整顿,现已获得初步成绩,兹分述于下:(一)基本上完成了恢复任务:据最近的统计,全省共有完小七六七处,教师五二○六人,学生一三二四八三人,初小五七四八处,教师七二七八人,学生二一六二三一人,合计共有小学六五一五处,教师一二四八四人,学生三四八七一四人。恢复的数目约占解放前的百分
