目的 探讨初发 2型糖尿病 (2型DM)患者血浆内皮素 (ET)与血清胰岛素 (INS)水平的关系。方法 测定尿白蛋白排泄量正常的初发 2型DM患者 80例 ,健康对照组 4 0例的血浆ET、血清INS水平 ,按餐后 12 0min血清INS≥ 82mIU/L将 2型DM患者分为高水平INS组和通常水平INS组。结果 2型DM患者的空腹血浆ET高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,2型DM高水平INS组的空腹ET水平 (80 6 7)较通常水平INS组高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,多因素相关分析示 2型DM患者空腹血浆ET与空腹血清INS水平呈正相关 (r =0 2 1) ,logistic多元相关回归分析 ,选择单项P <0 0 5进入方程 ,餐后 30、6 0、12 0min血浆INS与ET有相关性。结论 2型DM患者的空腹血浆ET高于健康对照组 ,高水平INS组 2型DM患者的血浆ET高于通常水平INS组 ,表明高INS血症与高ET血症具有相关关系 ,为慢性血管病变发生和发展的重要环节
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma endothelin (ET) and serum insulin (INS) levels in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods The plasma levels of ET and serum INS were determined in 80 newly diagnosed type 2 DM patients with normal urinary albumin excretion and 40 patients in healthy control group. The patients with type 2 DM were divided into two groups according to INS≥ 82mIU / L High-level INS group and usually level INS group. Results The level of fasting plasma ET in type 2 DM patients was higher than that in control group (P <0.01). The level of fasting ET in type 2 DM high insulin group (80 6 7) was higher than that in normal INS group (P 0 05) , Multivariate analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between fasting plasma ET and fasting serum INS level in type 2 diabetic patients (r = 0 2 1), logistic multiple regression analysis, , 12 0min plasma INS and ET have a correlation. Conclusion The fasting plasma ET in type 2 DM patients is higher than that in healthy controls.
