目的:评价体感诱发电位(SEP)技术在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术中的应用。方法:回顾性分析70例开颅夹闭术治疗颅内动脉瘤病人的临床资料,35例在动脉瘤夹闭术中行神经电生理监测。并与未监测的手术病例进行术后缺血状态比较分析。结果:术中应用体感诱发电位监测的手术病例术后缺血发生率明显低于未监测组。结论:术中应用神经电生理监测具有操作简便、结果可靠、减少并发症等优点,能降低动脉瘤夹闭术中载瘤动脉及穿支动脉闭塞和狭窄的发生率。
Objective: To evaluate the application of somatosensory evoked potentials (SEP) in clipping intracranial aneurysms. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 70 cases of craniotomy closed intracranial aneurysm in patients with clinical data, 35 cases of aneurysm clipping nerve nerve electrophysiological monitoring. And compared with un-monitored cases of postoperative ischemic status. Results: The incidence of postoperative ischemic attack in patients undergoing somatosensory evoked potential monitoring was significantly lower than that of the unmonitored group. Conclusion: Intraoperative application of electrophysiological electrophysiological monitoring has the advantages of simple operation, reliable results and less complications, and can reduce the incidence of occlusion and stenosis of the parent artery and perforator artery during aneurysm clipping.
