应用半导体光电探测器中的非线性输运理论,给出了激光与探测器相互作用的一般公式。数值计算结果表明,在一定强度的激光作用下,系统出现混沌过程,这与Teitsworth曾在实验上观测到的现象一致.指出由于混沌过程在功率谱上表现为噪声背景,此时探测得到的是噪声输出,而使探测器对目标的探测失效.
Using the theory of nonlinear transport in semiconductor photodetectors, a general formula for the interaction between laser and detector is given. The numerical results show that the chaotic process occurs under a certain intensity of laser light, which accords with Teitsworth’s experimentally observed phenomenon. It is pointed out that the chaotic process behaves as a noisy background on the power spectrum. At this moment, the noise output is detected and the detector fails to detect the target.
