制造业服务化对我国制造企业创新发展、转型升级和提升竞争力均有着非常重要的现实意义,选择合适的服务化路径是制造企业实现向服务化成功转型的关键。从顾客对产品不同阶段关注点的变化入手,采用矩阵分析法找出基于顾客不同阶段需求而产生的差异化服务商机,然后针对不同类别的制造业服务化效果展开比较分析,最后结合不同行业的制造企业服务化路径的特点和方向进行归纳及举证,进而提炼出制造业服务化的多元路径,为我国制造企业服务化提供参考及借鉴。
The service of manufacturing industry is of great practical significance to the innovation, development, upgrading and competitiveness of China’s manufacturing enterprises. Choosing the appropriate route to service is the key to the successful transformation of manufacturing enterprises into service. Starting from the change of customers ’concern about the different stages of products, using matrix analysis to find out the differentiated service opportunities based on the different stages of customers’ demands, and then conducting comparative analysis on the different types of manufacturing service effects, finally, combining different industries The characteristics and direction of the path of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises are summarized and evidenced, and then the diversified path of service-oriented manufacturing industry is extracted to provide references for the service of manufacturing enterprises in our country.
