介绍了广西防城港核电厂1号机组的工程概况,着重介绍防甩击单体中标高分别为11.2m、16.2m、23.6m大梁的精度控制。在阐述精度控制时,分别从图纸深化、组装流程、焊接、制孔、预拼装以及运输等6个方面详细展开。其中,图纸深化方面主要包括深化人员专业能力水平的要求、采用的制图软件以及图纸审核程序等,确保图纸质量;组装流程分别阐述不同标高大梁的板件组装顺序,以减少构件变形;焊接主要从焊前准备、焊接过程中以及焊接热处理等5个方面控制焊接质量,从而保证构件的精度;制孔采用套模制孔方法,这是保证精度的一个重要控制点;预拼装工序是检查构件精度的重要工序;运输过程中通过对变形的控制,从而保证了构件现场安装的精确度。
The project overview of Unit 1 in Fangchenggang NPP of Guangxi was introduced, and the accuracy control of the beam winning units of 11.2m, 16.2m and 23.6m respectively were mainly introduced. In elaborating the precision control, the paper detailedly expands from six aspects such as drawing deepening, assembly flow, welding, making holes, pre-assembly and transportation respectively.
