企业间的竞争很大程度上是企业人力资源的竞争,企业要在市场上赢得一席之地,必须积极调整人力资源结构,优化人力资源组合。本文对煤炭行业人力资源结构进行了分析,指出人力资源结构现存的问题,提出了优化的对策建议。
The competition among enterprises is largely the competition of human resources of enterprises. Enterprises must win a place in the market and must actively adjust the structure of human resources and optimize the combination of human resources. This paper analyzes the structure of human resources in the coal industry, points out the problems existing in the structure of human resources and puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize it.
