通过对10种具有不同孔洞数、孔洞率以及孔的排列方式的烧结页岩多孔砖的当量导热系数三维数值模拟计算,得出了一种最佳结构设计的页岩多孔砖设计方案。同时系统地分析了孔洞率、孔洞数及孔排数等因素对多孔砖的保温隔热性能的影响规律,为进一步改善新型自保温烧结页岩多孔砖的保温隔热性能提供参考。
Through the three-dimensional numerical simulation of 10 equivalent thermal conductivity of sintered shale porous bricks with different number of holes, hole ratio and arrangement of holes, a design scheme of shale porous brick with the best structural design is obtained. At the same time, the influences of porosity, number of holes and the number of rows and holes on the thermal insulation properties of porous brick were systematically analyzed, which provided a reference for further improving the thermal insulation performance of the new self-sintering sintered porous sintered brick.
