电视台的总编辑是新闻宣传前沿的总指挥、总调度。总编辑工作实绩的优劣,直接关系到新闻宣传的是非成败。总编辑要出色地履行自己的职责,从行为科学上看,应当具备两个方面的影响力:一方面是与总编辑职责相适应的权力影响力;另一方面是主要体现于个人素质的非权力影响力。
The chief editor of a television station is the chief commander of the forefront of news propaganda and the chief dispatch.
