随着社会不断的发展和我国国际地位的不断提高,我国城市建设问题是当下需要重视的问题。我国逐渐地进入了以高新技术为核心的高速铁路时代,其标志就是我国大规模的客运专线和高速铁路的建设运营。随着高速铁路不断发展的同时对铁路工作职工的要求也越来越高。我国在专业铁路企业员工培训中,出现了教资力量短缺、员工素质参差不齐、培训机构不完善和培训方式单一的问题。通过对我国铁路职工培训存在的问题进行探究,提出了提高培训质量的措施,希望可以为我国铁路职工培训问题的解决作出贡献。
With the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of China’s international status, the issue of urban construction in our country is a problem that needs attention nowadays. Our country has gradually entered the era of high-speed railway with high-tech as the core. Its hallmark is the construction and operation of large-scale passenger dedicated lines and high-speed railway in our country. With the continuous development of high-speed railway, the demand for railway workers is getting higher and higher. In the training of professional railway enterprises in our country, there was a shortage of teaching and learning resources, uneven staff quality, imperfect training institutions and a single mode of training. Through the exploration of the problems existing in the training of railway workers in our country, some measures to improve the quality of training are put forward, hoping to contribute to the solution to the training of railway workers in our country.
