本文应用电子自旋共振技术,检测家兔不完全性胞缺血30min再灌流1min后脑组织中氧自由基信号,同时经颈动脉注入三磷酸腺苷-氯化镁具有良好的清除自由基作用。
In this paper, we used electron spin resonance technique to detect the oxygen free radical signal in the brain tissue after 30 min ischemia reperfusion and 1 min reperfusion in rabbits. At the same time, adenosine triphosphate (Mg (superscript 3 +)) was injected into the carotid artery to scavenge free radicals.
