目的:了解上颌前牙种植美学修复的临床效果。方法:对34例上颌前牙种植患者的美学修复临床资料展开回顾性分析。结果:44枚种植体,修复1年后种植体成功率高达97.05%;Jemt牙龈乳头指数Ⅱ度与Ⅲ度病患达94.11%。结论:美学种植体在前牙缺失修复中,有较好的固位效果,不影响患者咀嚼功能,属于理想修复体。 Objective: To understand the clinical effect of maxillary anterior dental implant aesthetic restoration. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 34 patients with maxillary anterior dental implants. RESULTS: Forty-four implants achieved a 97.05% implant success rate after one year of repair. The Jemt gingival papilla II and III degrees achieved 94.11% success rate. Conclusion: The aesthetics implants have better retention effect in anterior teeth defect repair, which does not affect the masticatory function of patients and is an ideal restoration.
