由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、聚对羟基苯甲酸酯(Ekonol)与石墨(C)掺混烧结而成的PTFE-Ekonol-C(简称PEC)材料,是一种很好的压缩机自润滑抗磨密封材料。但由于其组分间无相溶性:界面作用力很小,因此抗磨寿命不够理想。本文通过对高分子材料磨损机理的初步分析,在PEC材料中加入一种添加剂RX,用以增强界面间的作用力,减少材料本身存在的细微裂纹,从而大大提高了PEC材料的耐磨性。
