论述了我国合成氨尿素工业的生产特点、发展历程以及国内小型合成氨厂的生产现状和发展趋势;介绍了我国石化能源在开发、转化和创新方面的技术成果;从构建节能环保型氮肥工业的观念出发,论述了轻烃高温转化制取合成气联产氨醇醚工艺和粉煤气化配水电解氢创新工艺;建议以煤炭清洁转化制甲醇或合成氨尿素的CO2零排放生产技术作为我国氮肥企业节能减排、循环经济、生态文明的发展策略。
