基于对辽宁省林下经济案例点的调查,分析了不同案例中林下经济的产品品种、经营主体、产销组织形式和经营特点,总结出集体林区发展林下经济的共同特点:充分利用各自的地缘优势和传统的市场优势,注重品牌打造;注重生产的规范化与标准化;注重对农户和周围农户的示范带动作用;当地政府和林业部门有明确的政策和实实在在的扶持措施等。对以上案例的分析,有助于寻找集体林改后如何通过林下经济的发展,提高林地产出效益,有效增加农户收益的答案。
Based on the investigation of under-forest economic cases in Liaoning Province, this paper analyzes the product variety, management subject, production and marketing organization form and management characteristics of under-forest economy in different cases, and sums up the common characteristics of under-forest economy in collective forest development: make full use of their own The geographical advantages and traditional market advantages, focusing on brand building; pay attention to the standardization and standardization of production; pay attention to farmers and farmers around the demonstration drive; local government and forestry departments have clear policies and practical support measures. The analysis of the above cases is helpful to find out how to improve the productivity of forest land and increase the income of farmers through the development of under-forest economy after the collective forest reform.
