社会大背景下的学生既是班级“小社会”中的一员,也是自然“大社会”中的一员,现实社会生活中的社会关系通过课堂教学折射到每个学生身上,学生个性形成和发展必定打上社会的印记。因此,语文教师的良好个性修养是学生个性发展的重要源泉。同时语文教师应利用课堂阵地,与学生共同学习,融为一体,才能真正实施素质教育。
