对常用的2%强化中性戊二醛、3%来苏儿、0.1%新洁尔灭与75%乙醇等消毒液,测定了在使用中杀菌作用和污染程度的变化。杀菌作用,以自然菌的杀灭情况为准。试验时,将经清洗的医疗器械浸于消毒液中18~24小时,取出用棉拭子法采样,并经相应中和剂中和后作活菌计数培养。污染菌量,直接取消毒液经中和后测定,细菌与真菌污染均以超过250 cfu/ml者为不合格。
The common disinfectants such as neutral glutaraldehyde (2%), neostigmine (3%), benzalkonium chloride (0.1%) and ethanol (75%) were used to determine the change of bactericidal effect and pollution degree. Bactericidal effect, the killing of natural bacteria prevail. During the test, the cleaned medical device is immersed in the disinfectant solution for 18-24 hours, taken out by cotton swab method and counted by viable bacteria after being neutralized by the corresponding neutralizer.
